1) PRIVACY POLICY 

- Twelve Pottery Studio recognises the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on www.twelvepotterystudio.com and other offline sources.

This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and to our online customers. By visiting and/or using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

- INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Contact information

We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code, country and IP address.

- Payment and billing information

We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you purchase a product from us. We NEVER collect your credit/debit card number or credit/debit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit/debit card on our website. Credit/debit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partne RAZORPAY, PAYTM, GOOGLEPAY.

-Information you post

We collect information you post in a public space or on our website.

-DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, products you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

-OTHER INFORMATION

If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.

-WE COLLECT INFORMATION IN DIFFERENT WAYS

We collect information directly from you. We collect information directly from you when you register for an event or buy tickets. We also collect information if you post a comment on our websites or ask us a question through phone or email.

We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our website.

We will share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. We share information with vendors who help us manage our online registration process or payment process or transactional message process. Some vendors may be located outside of India.

We may also share it if a government agency or an investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.

We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold we may give our customer list as part of that transaction.

We may share your information for reasons not described in this policy. We will tell you before we do this.

- EMAIL OPT-OUT

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email us at twelvepotterystudio@gmail.com, It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.

- THIRD PARTY SITES

If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third-party sites.

-UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 01.04.2023. From time to time we may change our privacy practices. We will notify you of any material changes to this policy as required by law. We will also post an updated copy on our website. Please check our site periodically for updates.

JURISDICTION

You unconditionally agree that using this website signifies your assent to twelvepotterystudio's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our website. Any dispute over privacy is subject to this policy and our terms & conditions, including limitations on damages. Twelve Pottery Studio reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy, at any time. Any changes in the policy will be posted and you are expected to know about it. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.

2) REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Hello! We’re glad you’ve shown interest in our products and would like one for yourself! Before we ship you your pieces, we would like for you to know a few things and our policies.

1) We do not exchange or return any piece unless it’s received broken or incorrect. We consider a piece to be broken, only if we receive an unpacking video (from box packaging) within the first 24 hours of delivery.

2) The pieces are all handmade and are part of studio pottery, in no part of the process do we use a machine, which is why small irregularities are a part of the process. These could be a glaze difference, a small crack or a scratch which doesn’t effect the functionality of the piece(unless it’s sold during seconds sale or sold at a cheaper price) and a slight difference in size if you’ve ordered 2 or more pieces from the same category.

3) If you’re from Ahmedabad, you can pick your pieces up from the studio or get them portered/swiggy(charges on you). If you’re not from Ahmedabad, we will courier you your pieces(shipping charges on you).

Please note - If you choose to return any product under any circumstance, Twelve Pottery Studio will not be responsible for the shipping charges. And any refund for any product will be after deducting the shipping charge.

3) If you don’t already know this about studio pottery, the base of all pots are unglazed and white-matte finished. This still makes it microwave, dish-washer and food safe (unless mentioned otherwise).

Product care -

1) All our glazes are completely food safe and we only use the best of the materials for all our ceramics.

2) All products are food, microwave and dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise.

3) If your pieces have gold on them, they’re not microwave safe as this is real gold and cannot be fired twice. We will also suggest not washing these pieces with a scratchy cleaner.

4) If your product has an imprint on it, you need to soak the piece in water for a few seconds before washing them.

5) You can use a dishwashing soap(mild) for cleaning ceramics. We suggest you clean them with hot and cold water for a longer term usability!

REFUND POLICY -

We will only initiate a refund, in case of damaged goods. To receive a refund, we will need a video proof of the opening of the packaged goods that shows, the product is in damaged condition at the time of opening. Please note - this video needs to be shared within 24 hrs from the delivery.

In case, if there’s a shipping charge which has been added at the time of delivery, it will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY -

If you wish to exchange your product, it can only be done if 1) you’ve received a damaged product. 2) you’ve received an incorrect product.

In case of an exchange, you will need to get your product couriered or delivered to our warehouse(address will be shared in case of an exchange). Once we receive the product, we will immediately issue an exchange if the product is received intact. The exchange will be free of cost, same product(same colour) will only be given through exchange. The exchange of the products only depends on the availability of the same and shipping charges for the same(if applicable) will have to be borne by you. If the product received to us is in a broken condition, we will not refund or exchange the product for you.

We will need a video proof within 24 hrs of the opening of the package that shows a damaged condition, for your product to be applicable for an exchange.

Please note - We pack your products with utmost care to detail and under no circumstance would give you a damaged product. Any damage that happens, is due to a third party courier service and we regret the inconvenience that is causes you.

Any refund initiated from our end, will take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
